At ManeWigs.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unaltered hairpieces. To ensure hygiene standards, all returns must have the original lace intact and be in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the wig in its original silk bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the lace remains uncut to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item for integrity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
